About me:
Originally, I trained as an industrial designer but I’ve been lucky enough to spend most of my working life in the animation and film industry, first as an artist and then as a manager. I still keep a foot in the door as an on-set VFX supervisor but otherwise I keep busy these days writing stories and drawing.
The stories often involve the fantastic and macabre. I blame the double bills they used to show in my local cinema as a teenager, which often consisted of a gory Asian martial arts film followed by some equally blood-soaked Hollywood horror movie.
I also take photos. I’m rarely happier than when I’m out somewhere with a camera in hand or operating a camera drone.
